Kill Boksoon Movie Poster

Fall 2023 - Made in Indesign

This project was about making it for our favorite movies and I choose Kill Boksoon. I was inspired by the theme of Kill Bill as both movies had a similar concept of a female hitman. I used two characters, the female character is the protagonist  and the male is the antagonist. I wanted to show a clash between them which is why I used tense scenes for each of them. There are mockups.

Typography Brochure

For this project we were required to make a brochure about Typography. We learned about the basics of type and the importance of it when it comes to designing.  I wanted my brochure to look very playful and make it interactive.

Fall 2024 - Made in Illustrator

This poster was created for Jenny Holzer and her exhibit of 253 Truisms. I based this project off one of her truisms "Talking is used to hide one's inability to act." The word placement and movement represent it almost as gossip.  Which is also the reason I used an image of an ear as the main focus. 

Album + Poster

For this project I was given a band called The Fling. I did research on the band to create an album. I chose their most recent album and listened through their songs to get a feel of what they are about. Since they were in indie band and they had the word Madhouse in their album I wanted to go for ominous feel.

Fall 2024 - Made in Illustrator

These posters were made for a climate change campaign making a series of posters that can also stand alone when presented individual. I went with the idea of making it video game theme and doing pixel art for the main imagery. The imagery consist of combining sea animals and plastic. From left to the right, the first poster is a jellyfish + plastic bag as the head, second is hermit crab + cap as the shell, and lastly is turtle + six pack rings as the shell.
