The Process

Designed two loading page animations for a company of our choice. I chose the game Dave the Diver, a fishing game that inspired me to create pixel art animations featuring fish and other elements from the game.

I drafted the process by cutting small squares and drew what each frame would look like.

The first GIF features a fishing animation, inspired by the game's core fishing mechanic. The second GIF features a fish-cutting animation, inspired by another aspect of the game in which players can run their own sushi restaurant using the fish they catch.
